Cleaning isn't cheap... and with the current water shortages she's just doing the right thing by society.  Both by not using any extra water to clean herself up, and remaining pre-lubed from the other client's "deposit".  That way you're paying far less as the time spent with her is significantly reduced.

Have you perchance enquired as to the possibility of installing a water tank? I understand that the plumbing/guttering problems associated with a cardboard box may make it unfeasible, but in these times of drought, or, more accurately, of inadequate water within the catchment, it may be the best way.
