we also came 2nd for best club display,not that i thought that that owes was anything fantastic but we lost to the torana club that did nothing but put balloons with helium out ....WTF
but it was still a good day weather permitting

But unfortunately, I'm sorry to put a bit of a dampener on the day, I have heard that the driver of a commodore that was in the show was actually killed at the roundabout just up the road. He was hit head on by another car. I do believe that some people are asking for the show to be canned completely or to have it moved to another locations now because of the accident, maybe the Wyong leagues club show ground or Graham park Stadium.

Thats sad to hear. That spot is a great spot for a show.

Do u have proof that there was a car from the show in the acco... i drove past it and only saw a vl or vk commodore.. couldnt see the other car as there was too may cops , ambo's and fire engines around..

If it were true, the headline in the paper would be 'Car hoon killed leaving show and drifting around roundabout at 230km/h'....

Paper should arrive tonight, keep a look out...

Yeah something like that, it is sad to hear but why should they move the show????

Then again there is no such thing as an "accident" these days, someone's always at fault.
