Engineering services are priced at $185 per hour with additional costs for additional testing; Additional test prices vary depending on test requirements.

It is recommended you have a phone consultation before paying anything to see if your certification is possible or needed as many modifications can be made with out the need of a compliance certificate.

Our Business Agreement states that before any compliance work you must agree to the following.

1.    You will declare all modifications to the vehicle and provide any information that is relevant to the compliance process.

2.    That you understand that for a vehicle to be certified it must be compliant to ADR's and it must be possible to prove that it is compliant by documented proof supplied by accepted sources or by Mark Dewhurst Automotive Engineering.

3.    That you understand that some vehicles or individual modifications to some vehicle can't be certified.

4.    You understand that this is not a free service and all fees need to be paid before completion.

5.    Agree that although different engineers may have different opinions on how or what is compliant Mark Dewhurst Automotive Engineering holds the final decision .

Step 1

First you need to become an online member/applicant for an Engineering Service provided by Mark Dewhurst Automotive Engineering, you do this by clicking on the gold " Certification Application " button at the bottom of this page, this will open a new window to the store where you purchase the Certification Application product at the cost of $40.

Please read all the steps before clicking on the button or you won't know what to do.

This application fee includes access to a secure section of the website, accessing categories that will need to be certified, building an evidence list and one on one guidance through the certification process if needed and is separate to the final cost that will be estimated and supplied with the Evidence list.

This insures that all information and photos are secure and can only be viewed by yourself and the engineer.

Please note that becoming a member through the store is an instant automated process and automatically gives you access to the "VSCCS CERTIFICATES IN PROGRESS" section.

Free signups still need to purchase the Certification Application product to gain access to the VSCCS section.

Step 2

After payment or account set up is completed new sections on the main website page will be viewable towards the top under the menu bar called VSCCS Certificates in progress.

You must fill out the VSCCS Assessment Application, click on the link and the online form will open.  

The screenshot below is a reference to what you need to click on, there is more information if needed in the " Information & Articles " section that can also be found on the home page in VSCCS Certificates in progress.

Step 3

Once the assessment form has been completed and all required fields have been filled select the blue SEND button at the bottom of the page and the completed form will open so you can review and edit your information if needed.

The completed form will be put into the YOUR PROJECT section.

Please allow 24 to 36 hours for Mark to complete the Evidence list and cost estimation that will be posted in the YOUR EVIDENCE PORTFOLIO section, and then a email notification will be sent.

Response will be on this website only in the YOUR EVIDENCE PORTFOLIO section.

Understanding this website to know when there has been a reply ?

When you are logged in your name will be in the top right of all pages or in the menu screen on mobile devices, you must be logged in to see or input any information.

with the club still growing more then 1000 online members and more then 100 active members at the weekly meet up
