Wolf 3D early version 4 software, this software was produced 1996 , the software was 32bit with the installer being 16bit.
16bit operations was removed from windows in 2015 for Windows 10, to use a 16 bit installer on Windows 10 or 11 you will require a 16bit emulator.
the problem is the installer wants to install a windows system folder that isn't allowed anymore making the use of an emulator irrelevant.
The original 16bit Installer can be used on windows Vista and below and on Virtual machine emulators.

The second Zip file supplied is the full 32bit version of the software that has been modified to work, download and unzip, run the NTW3dv4.exe file to use.
There will be 2 separate errors popup, just select ok to both and the program will open.
No responsibility or guarantees will be excepted as the software is outdated and not supported on 64bit versions of Windows.

This document described types of emissions tests that are acceptable for registration purposes in NSW as an alternative to the IM240 test until such time as Vehicle Standards Bulletin No.14 (VSB.14) National Code of Practice for Light Vehicle Construction and Modification is revised to include alternative engine exhaust emission test procedures.
These interim emissions test procedures apply to certain modified light motor vehicle, certain imported vehicles and Individually Constructed Vehicles (ICV).
